The New Door Group invests in homes we rehabilitate to sell, as well as homes we hold as passive income properties. We will consider investor needs for investment terms, rates-of-return, tax implications, and other criteria important to the investor. Our network of colleagues provides a broad base of potential investments with significant returns in a short period of time.
